Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

- Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Intimate items including worn earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

-Tools that have been used

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the purchased item(s) must be in the same condition as they were shipped in along with a tracking number, emailed to lithicdesign@gmail.com

Shipping Times:


We strive to send out all ready-to-ship items within 1-2 days of your purchase. Any custom made or altered items will be marked with shipping estimations.

Within the U.S., expect 3-7 days after the shipment date, or 1-3 days for Priority Mail. Tracking is available on all U.S. sales.

International customers can expect a shipping time of about 1-2 weeks, but please understand that this can take up to one month or more in rare situations where packages are held at customs. In the case of non-delivery or lost packages, no refund will be given on international orders before 42 days have elapsed following the initial ship date.

We ship to select countries that offer delivery confirmation in their First-Class services ***. These countries often change at the beginning of the new year per the US postal service, and many include limited tracking. Lithic Design is not responsible for any import taxes a certain country may collect.

***Please contact us at lithicdesign@gmail.com if your country is not available at checkout and you would like to place an order. In choosing this option, you must agree that Lithic Design cannot be responsible for the order after it has shipped, since there is no way to tell if it has been delivered.

Custom Orders:

Please contact us at lithicdesign@gmail.com if you have a custom order or alteration request. A separate PDF will be provided explaining our custom order process in greater detail.

Custom orders will be deleted if not purchased within 7 days of the listing creation.

Payment in full is expected before we will begin making your custom order. Custom and customized orders are non-refundable.

If sketches are needed for your custom piece, a non-refundable downpayment will be collected prior to the design process. This will go toward the final cost.

Requests to recreate another artist’s work or any variation of will be denied.

Care and Allergy Concerns:

Care cards are included with your shipment where applicable, but if you have any additional questions regarding how to take care of your new piece of jewelry, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Lithic Design never uses nickel, but if you have a copper allergy or any other concerns with earrings, we would be happy to work with you to find a suitable hypoallergenic ear wire. We keep titanium wire in stock for custom ear wires as it is even more hypoallergenic than stainless steel (which contains a small amount of nickel).

Tools:

Tools purchased from Lithic Design are to be used at the customer’s discretion.  Lithic Design is in no way responsible for any personal injury or damage to your workpiece that occurs as a result of misuse of these tools. 

Additional Information:

- Paper receipts are not included in your package, but will be emailed to you following your purchase.


- All import taxes including VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

- Please email us if you are interested in setting up a payment plan for a particular piece.

- Showering, bathing, and swimming in gemstone jewelry is not recommended.

-Lithic Design is not a metaphysical store and does not make any claims regarding energy or healing properties of gemstones.
