This botanical necklace is handcrafted in sterling silver with pieces of natural Tiffany stone and blue chalcedony. The gemstones are set with an Art Nouveau/ French curve motif that is ornamented by the fruit of the plant atropa belladonna (aka deadly nightshade). This fascinating plant has a rich history and has been used for both poison and medicinal purposes for hundreds of years.
