These stud earrings are handcrafted in sterling silver and feature real star crinoid fossils from Morocco that date back to the lower Jurassic period.
Each little star is a cross section of the stem of the crinoid. In the United Kingdom these little pieces are sometimes called “fairy coins”.
The sterling silver settings are oxidized and brushed to a rustic finish. They ship with comfortable and secure silicone backs.
